My name is AIVE JEAN A. MAGANA From G-11 RIZAL this is my experience to a BPP Bead and Pastry Production (BPP) is a technical- vocational program that develops the skills of students. in preparing and producing bakery/pastry products, cakes and desserts. Baking and pastry strand sharpens your skills in precision, ingredients selection and the science behind baking, guaranteeing consistently superior results. I also learned how to bake bread and brownies. I have learned also how to measure or what is the measurement of ingredients in a particular bread and brownies. I have learned also the different equipment used in baking and how to use them. Most importantly, I have learned the do's and don'ts in baking.
The BPP strand encompasses a diverse range of skills and knowledge. Students in this field learn about:
-Ingredient Properties: Understanding the characteristics of different flours, sugars, fats, and other ingredients is crucial for creating successful baked goods.
-Baking Techniques: Mastering techniques like kneading, shaping, and proofing dough, as well as controlling oven temperatures and baking times, is essential for achieving desired results.
The Bread and Pastry Production strand offers a fulfilling career path for individuals with a passion for baking and a desire to create delicious and visually appealing treats.
