MAGANA From  G-11  RIZAL  this is my experience to a BPP  B ead and Pastry Production (BPP) is a technical- vocational program that develops the skills of students. in preparing and producing bakery/pastry products, cakes and desserts. Baking and pastry strand sharpens your skills in precision, ingredients selection and the science behind baking, guaranteeing consistently superior results.  I also learned how to bake bread and brownies. I have learned also how to measure or what is the measurement of ingredients in a particular bread and brownies. I have learned also the different equipment used in baking and how to use them.
